Hello,
I'm confused. I am on the 3 step process since July. I am 29yrs old and I believe my hair loss have something to do with contreceptive method I was on. It's been 10months now since I stop the contreceptive because I have notice my hair loss and break out with acne. I've noticed some new growth but I am still shedding. My hair is less than before and the new growth is also shedding. I just ordered the acne treatment that was linked to this website. I am so scared now to wash my hair once a day. I skip a day and wash my hair on the 2nd day sometime the 3rd day. I know the instruction is to wash everyday but am I suppose to really follow the instruction. Is that why I'm not seeing great improvement/growth? Am on still at the beginning phase?

Dear Sophea,
It is a very good sign that you are having new hair growths. Have you taken photos to measure the amount of hair that has grown over the last few months? What was the contraceptive that you used previously and for how many months did you use it for?
