There are a few questions in this forum about frontal thinning, but I'm wondering why Propecia and Rogaine claim that they do not work on that type of hair loss? Is there a different reason why one would lose their hair in the front than in the back? If so, can Revivogen still help with frontal thinning?
Is frontal thinning caused by something other than DHT?

Propecia and Rogaine do not have any indication from the FDA that they work for frontal hair loss. This is due to the reason that the studies for both have been done for crown hair loss not frontal hair loss.
