I used minoxidil 5% 3 yearsn ago and it gave me black rings around my eyes that are still visable. Do you think this is a permanat effect and could you shed some light as to why it happened?
Dear David,
I suggest you see a doctor about the circles under your eye. There is no way for me to know how long you may experience this effect. I don't think minoxidil can cause this reaction.
