Question:
Hi, I've been using your product for a little over 6 months now and my hair has gotten a little more diffuse in the areas of application over that time.
I have a few questions for you
I've noticed that over time the color of the scalp therapy liquid gets darker..is this due to oxidation? The only time I leave the bottle open is when I'm applying the solution..could this be the cause of the color change?
I read that the product must not oxidize for it to work.
Would storing the product in a refrigerator help solve this potential problem?
Dear Mark,
The product change in color is not an indication of oxidation. The product dose not loose its effectiveness as it changes color. We have time accelerated tests to show the product will continue to work if left open for 3 months.
