hello,
I've started using Revivogen shampoo + therapy about 2 weeks ago. I am now growing small, tender pimples all over my scalp. I am wondering if this is normal and if this won't cause further hairloss.

Are you following directions closely? Using the Revivogen Treatment Serum then washing with the Shampoo and conditioner? If you are not using the Shampoo and conditioner you could give them a try as they are formulated to soothe the scalp. If you are following directions and still experiencing this problem you may be having an allergic reaction to Revivogen. If that is the case you should stop.
