zinc pyrithione vs ketoconazole

Name: matt
Question:

I just read a study saying that Zinc pyrithione causes the hair diameter to shrink.

I have read lots of good thing about Ketoconazole for hair loss shampoo.

Is ketoconazole bad for hair with everyday use.

Why do you use the zinc pyrithione over the Ketoconazole. Ketoconazole has been proven to increase hair diameter and hair count over the Zinc pyrithion or is there any claim to these findings? Is there any proof that zinc Pyrithione causes hair diameter to shrink?

Dear Matt,
We use ionic Zinc in our formula which has been shown to increase the diameter of the hair root. Ketoconazole is effective as an anti-androgen but GLA and ALA are by far more effective then Ketoconazole.
